Course Content:
There are eight lessons in this course, each requiring approximately 12 hours of work including reading, additional research, completing the set tasks and assignments.

This course is not about theory – this course if full of practical strategies and approaches to health.

It teaches people how to:
recognise signs of dysbiosis – where the gut microbiome is not efficient or is out of balance.
helps people understand how the microbiome functions
lays out strategies and approaches which can be implemented into a focused plan for improving health
